An experience designed to give you an up-close look at Lenzo Winery’s production process and the traditional flavors of the Nebrodi region, through a tour that combines a guided visit to the winery with a food and wine tasting.

The welcome includes a glass of Stellare sparkling wine made using the Ancestral Method, followed by a tour of the winery’s main areas, during which the production, winemaking, and aging processes of Lenzo Winery’s wines will be explained.

At the end of the tour, there will be a guided tasting of three selected wines from the winery, accompanied by a selection of traditional Sicilian and Nebrodi regional products:

• Organic extra virgin olive oil and friselle with fresh tomatoes
• Platter of Nebrodi cured meats
• Pecorino and goat cheeses from the Nebrodi
• Vegetable and Tuna Couscous
• Olives
• Caprese Salad
• Assorted pâtés
• Bread

Water and coffee are included in the tasting.
