Our winery has technological wine-making facilities
with high quality standards, in order to give the grape processing stages the utmost attention, so as not to lose any peculiarities and obtain an excellent final product.
PROCESSING
When processing the grapes, special attention is paid to removing all foreign elements, called MOG (Material Other than Grapes), such as plant residues, insects, pieces of inert materials or stones.
